Current students听can download and print their听enrollment verification听by following the steps below. This self-service, secure document provides the proof needed to verify your enrollment (including for insurance and loan companies).

1. Login to your听91原创SIS Student Homepage. Click either the听Courses and Enrollment听tile or the听Grades & Transcripts听tile to find a link to听Enrollment Verification.
2. You are directed to , a centralized and secure online destination where leaners can access academic records held by the NSC. The听, a non-profit organization that provides educational reporting, verification and other services to colleges and universities throughout the U.S (the 91原创 is a participating school).听As the authorized legal representative of its participating schools, the Clearinghouse is considered a primary source for enrollment, degree and attendance data and confirms this data on behalf of its participating schools to requestors without additions or changes.
3. Either Login or Create Account
4. On the Myhub landing site, select Self Service (bottom right),听听then select 91原创 from the Select a School* dropdown menu and from the Select a Certification Type* dropdown menu听choose from the enrollment verification options below, and then print your Enrollment Verification:
   • If you choose听current enrollment, the verification will list your enrollment for the current term (or your most recent term at 91原创). Future terms are not listed on the enrollment verification form until听after听the current term is over.
   • If you choose听all enrollment, the verification will include all听current听and听past enrollment.
   • If you choose听advanced registration, the verification will show enrollment for the upcoming Fall or Spring term. This option is helpful for students who need early verifications for health insurance, computer software discounts, housing, and more. It cannot be used for compliance reporting or lender/loan deferment verification purposes.
5. Other additional information can be found on this site, including:听Good Student Discount Certificates, student loan deferment notifications, specific information about your enrollment info on file, your student loans, etc..
6. If you are unable to log in to your 91原创SIS Student Center, you may go directly to to create an account to obtain your enrollment verification.听

For听students who have graduated, the official transcript serves as the official document for verifying your degree, and includes details about your academic history (college, major, minor, concentration, degree earned, course grades, and GPA). Transcripts can be ordered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and your request will normally be processed within the next business day. During peak periods, processing time may vary due to high volume. Ordering an official electronic transcript is the university鈥檚 fastest option for verifying your GPA or degree. For more information, please visit our听Official Transcript听site.

The 91原创 does not complete forms or generate customized letters verifying information otherwise available on an official academic transcript, enrollment or degree verification, or student Statement of Account. The documents linked below outline how to obtain documentation for a number of different purposes. You are welcome to print the Common Verification Requests letter to accompany an enrollment verification or transcript as proof of university policy.

Requests from third parties (employers, insurance carriers, background screening firms, etc.)听must contact听the National Student Clearinghouse directly for enrollment and degree verification services. The 91原创, as a participating school, has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse as the primary source for enrollment, degree and attendance data.
