Access to is automatically determined by the staff person's 91原创SIS access. If you have any questions, please contact the听Registrar's Office.

颁濒颈肠办听Find a student听and enter search criteria or clear a previous search. The system will gray/lock out while searching. If no active student is found, you may search inactive students, ie. students who are not enrolled/do not have active programs in 91原创SIS.

When you access a听Views听link for a student, you can easily return to the听About this student听page by clicking the student name.

Advising Views displays听summary information听about students, their听academic programs/plan(s) with associated details and advisors. The information is current/same day information as found in 91原创SIS.

The sections below the听Program plan听information contain:

• Views:
  • The student's听Admissions Profile听- application, high school and test score details
  • The following听completed Undergraduate academic webforms听will be displayed. Staff can search for webforms by name or view all听completed听forms. Results may be sorted by any column title.
    • Application for Readmission
    • Change of Catalog Year
    • Change of Major, Minor, Concentration, & Graduation Term
    • Course Permit (Drop/Add)
    • Course Substitution
    • Degree Checkout
    • Excused Absence Notification
    • Honors Degree Candidacy
    • Independent Study and DLE Agreement
    • Student LOA & Withdrawal
  • Test scores and Credit听- test scores, test, course and other credit posted to the student's record
• Start a Form听- Links for authorized staff to initiate one of the forms listed.
