Curriculum management
Curriculum Management Overview
Faculty and staff who have a user account in will be able to launch curricular proposals, monitor their proposals through the approval process, and see decisions. The system also allows guests (anyone who is not assigned a role or granted access to originate proposals) to view all ongoing proposals.
Accessing the System
Curriculog can be found at听. If you are a new member of the process and need credentials to launch forms or participate in the approval process, or you need to request changes to existing committee members or assigned roles, please use this form:听.
2025-2026 Curriculum Deadlines
路听 The curriculum cycle for all submissions begins听August 22, 2025.
路听 The deadline for new and revised Arts and Sciences programs is听October 31, 2025.
路听 The deadline for new and revised Arts and Sciences courses is听November 7, 2025.
路听 For courses other than CAS, the deadline is听December 12, 2025.
路听 For programs other than CAS, the deadline is as follows:
路听 Recommended Deadline for Submission of Program Proposals to Curriculog:听January 16, 2026.*
路听 Absolute Deadline (i.e., Curriculog closes to new proposals):听February 6, 2026.听听
*听Depending on the completeness and accuracy of proposals and the efficiency with which departmental/college committees and administrators review them, proposals received after this date may not make it through the approval process by the final senate meeting of the year.
