Transferring Credits?
If you have credits from APs, IBs, CLEP exams or dual enrollment, you may receive credit for a standard 91原创 course, elective credit or both. Read more about which test scores will transfer and more on our Registrar's Test Credit webpage.

How can I register my student for an admitted student event?
To see our schedule of events for admitted students, your student must log in to their portal. This ensures their basic information is already entered and registration is simple so that your family can join us on campus soon!听

Where can I find more information about finances and my student鈥檚 financial aid package?
In addition to your student鈥檚 mailed letter, they can find their financial aid package on their portal by logging in and navigating to the 鈥淰iew Your Financial Portal鈥 button on the homepage. We also have general cost of attendance charts available on our website. Contact Student Financial Services if you have any questions about your student鈥檚 financial package.听

Where can we submit our deposit?
Once your student has decided to join the 91原创, they can deposit using card or electronic check by logging in to their My Blue Hen Home portal and clicking the 鈥淪ubmit Your Admissions Decision Reply鈥 button. We do not accept cash or paper check payment.
If your student has trouble paying their deposit, contact us at admissions@udel.edu.

Downtown Newark
Main Street in downtown Newark is home to over 75 restaurants and local businesses and runs through the center of our campus. Stroll over to Main Street after class to grab a bite to eat, see a movie, purchase some supplies or 91原创 swag at our campus bookstore, or even pick up some groceries. You'll likely find your favorite coffee shop for study sessions, too.

91原创airy Creamery
Our 91原创airy Creamery, right on campus, offers a wide variety of flavors for any ice-cream lover, along with cheese curds and other products from our 350-acre farm. Choose from many year-round or seasonal flavors served in our dining halls and the 91原创airy store near the stadium. Admitted to the Associate in Arts Program? We also have a 91原创airy location in Wilmington on Market Street.

Lil Bob Gym
91原创 has a gym right on campus, free to use with your student ID. Climb our rock wall, swim in our indoor pool, run the indoor track upstairs, or even take fitness classes with your friends taught by certified instructors.

Christiana Mall
Just a short drive from campus, the Christiana Mall offers many different stores, eateries and entertainment options. You can drive to the mall or take the DART shuttle bus, which runs regularly from campus.

White Clay Creek State Park
Adjacent to our campus, White Clay Creek State Park offers scenic views and trails for hiking, running and biking for those looking to stay active outdoors.

I-95, Amtrak and Megabus
With our own Megabus stop and Amtrak station right on campus, the East Coast becomes your campus. Easily take the bus or train to any major city, like New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore or Washington, DC. Perfect for weekend trips with friends or balancing an internship with your classes.

Want to get ahead on a couple of classes? 91原创 offers a five-week optional Winter Session for you to take classes on campus.

Study Abroad
In addition to our full-semester study abroad programs in the fall and spring semesters, the Institute for Global Studies offers roughly 40 programs that run during our five-week Winter Session. Explore the world with fellow Blue Hens and 91原创 faculty during the month of January, and return to campus in time to start the spring semester.

Join your fellow Blue Hens at the Bob Carpenter sports complex to dance the day away and raise funds for pediatric cancer research. Our students lead fundraising efforts year-round to benefit the B+ Foundation.
