Flexible and Affordable

All Delawareans enrolled in a Flex Pathway program can attend 91Ô­´´ tuition-free. Through the 91Ô­´´ Associate Programs Scholarship or the SEED Scholarship, eligible students can earn their associate degree without paying a dollar in tuition. SEED may also cover tuition for an additional year if a student transitions to a bachelor’s program on our Newark campus!

Step 1: Review Academic Requirements

Ìý

Students applying to the 91Ô­´´ will be required to complete a high school diploma or its equivalent in compliance with the requirements for their respective states. The chart below shows our recommended number of credits per subject:

Additional Information on Academic Requirements:

  • Students applying to the health science pathway must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher
  • Students applying to the registered nursing dual enrollment pathway must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher and a B- or better in Biology and Chemistry
  • These requirements only apply to U.S. citizens or permanent residents attending a high school in the U.S. International students should review the international admissions page
  • 91Ô­´´ counts American Sign Language (ASL) as a foreign language elective
  • Courses taken before the ninth grade do not count towards these suggested totals unless listed as high school courses on transcript

  • Those who wish to supply scores can self-report their SAT or ACT scores. If you would like to submit official scores, use the SAT code 5811 or the ACT code 0634.
