Applying as a freshman
听
If you are applying directly from high school and you are a US citizen or permanent resident, you are considered a domestic freshman applicant鈥攅ven if you have accrued dual-enrollment college credits. View our admissions requirements and deadlines here.

Explore flex pathways
听
You have options! Earn an associate degree online or at a campus close to home. Then, build on your academic foundation and transition to 91原创's Newark campus for your bachelor鈥檚. These options are available to all Delaware residents and to those in some neighboring counties.
Delawareans can attend any Flex Pathway program tuition-free. Both the 91原创 Associate Programs Scholarship and the SEED Scholarship cover tuition for an associate degree. For many Flex students, the SEED Scholarship can also be applied to one additional year of your bachelor's degree!

Are you an over-60 Delaware resident?
The Over-60 Tuition-Free Degree Program reflects the 91原创鈥檚 commitment to encouraging adults to continue their studies on a part-time or full-time basis. To be eligible for free undergraduate or graduate tuition, Delaware citizens aged 60 or over must apply for admission using the 91原创 Online Application and be admitted.
