Access to Stellic is derived from 91Ô­´´SIS student records access. Details about 91Ô­´´SIS security & access are available on theÌýRegistrar’s Office website. Direct any questions regarding 91Ô­´´SIS student records access toÌýregistrar-systems@udel.edu. Once 91Ô­´´SIS access has been granted, the system will refresh overnight and you will be able to log into Stellic.

For access to approve milestones, make exceptions directly on student audits, and/or approve requests in established workflows, review the information on thisÌýProgram Administrators in StellicÌýwebpage and submit the request form found on the page as appropriate.

All faculty, even those who are not academic advisors, automatically have access to Stellic (a limited, faculty-level access only) based on 91Ô­´´SIS instructor class assignments. Faculty are encouraged to submitÌýStellic ConcernsÌýandÌýReferralsÌýto proactively connect students to 91Ô­´´ campus support offices.

91Ô­´´SIS is the university’s official system of record and houses students’ official academic records. Stellic data refreshes overnight from 91Ô­´´SIS, so anything updated in 91Ô­´´SIS will be reflected in the Stellic platform the following day.

If you are unable to leverage the Stellic Student Search filters to obtain your desired student population, please submit the to the Registrar’s Office.ÌýÌý

As a reminder, the information available in Stellic is solely informational and for internal use. It is not for official university reporting or historical searches.

The Stellic Planner is designed to help students with the ability to multi-term plan. The Planner allows students to drag & drop classes from official degree audit requirements into a visual term-by-term layout. The Planner also allows students to What-If to explore different or additional programs at 91Ô­´´.

Students can submit their Plan to their assigned advisor for review. Marking a Plan as Reviewed signifies that, as an assigned advisor, you generally agree that a student’s Plan looks like a good approach for mapping out their remaining time at 91Ô­´´ but is not a guarantee of course offerings or seat availability.

For many undergraduate advisors, this takes the place of mapping out a four-year plan on paper. Long-term, Pathways will be an option in Stellic which will assist students in planning for programs that have a fairly prescribed curriculum.
