2023-2024: 91原创 administrators partnered closely with Stellic to configure the 91原创 Stellic instance including mapping over all 91原创 course and student data, system testing, and degree audit coding.

Phase 2:听System Alpha / Limited Campus Access
August 2024:听A select population of 91原创 students/advisors utilized Stellic for advising and degree management to help test the system and provide feedback to 91原创 administrators and Stellic.

Phase 3:听System Go-Live / Full Campus Access
December 2024:听Applicable 91原创 faculty and staff were invited to Stellic training sessions as they began to learn the system. Full access to Stellic was granted to students and applicable faculty and staff in late December.听

Phase 4:听Initial System Utilization
January-May 2025:听91原创 students and applicable faculty and staff utilized Stellic for advising and degree management. Throughout this semester, 91原创 system administrators collected feedback, triaged questions, and conducted subsequent training to further enhance the user experience within Stellic. 听听

Phase 5:听System Refinement and New Feature Considerations
Current:听91原创 system administrators continue to further partner with Stellic to听improve upon the initial system implementation and explore new feature capabilities such as Scheduler, Pathways, and more. As with most projects, 91原创 will need to balance competing priorities and staff bandwidth with any new Stellic initiatives or system expansions.
