Research Interests
I do constructions of finite elements, such as H1-conforming and nonconforming elements, H2-conforming and nonconforming elements, H-div and H-curl elements, Cm-Pk elements on 2/3/4 simplicial grids, H1 divergence-free vector elements and symmetric matrix elements, etc. I do error analysis, i.e., discovering and proving the optimal convergence and superconvergence of finite element solutions for various partial differential equations.
