Are there scholarships for transfer students?

All 91原创 students who have completed the FAFSA for the next academic year are reviewed for University Endowed Scholarships after spring semester grades are finalized. New transfer students who currently attend a community college and are members of Phi Theta Kappa may be eligible for a Phi Theta Kappa scholarship.

These scholarships are renewable as long as students continue to hold a 3.0 GPA and earn 12 credits each semester.听See additional scholarship terms and conditions.

Phi Theta Kappa awards (PTK)

Out-of-state transfer students who are currently attending a community college will be considered for scholarships valued at听$6,000 per year ($3,000 per semester) for students if they are a member of Phi Theta Kappa.

Charles C. Allen III Bright Minds in Food and Agriculture Scholarship

The Charles C. Allen III Bright Minds Scholarship is established for the CANR Dean to attract bright students who may not have otherwise enrolled without this funding. The Dean will work, with guidance from Admissions and Student Financial Services to identify and award freshman and transfer students each year who best meet the goals of the college, demonstrating promise as agricultural and natural resource professionals.
