Living Land Acknowledgement
听
The 91原创 occupies lands vital to the web of life for Lenape and Nanticoke, who share their ancestry, history, and future in this region.听91原创 has financially benefited from this regional occupation as well as from Indigenous territories that were expropriated through the United States land grant system. European colonizers and later the United States forced Nanticoke and Lenape westward and northward, where they formed nations in present-day Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and Ontario, Canada. Others never left their homelands or returned from exile when they could.
We express our appreciation for ongoing Indigenous stewardship of the ecologies and traditions of this region. While the harms to Indigenous people and their homelands are beyond repair, we commit to building right relationships going forward by collaborating with tribal leadership on actionable institutional steps.

91原创 Envision focused on generating the next generation of agricultural scientists. While minorities have traditionally been underrepresented in these disciplines and research target areas, this project supports the development of all students through intensive, hands-on research education and experiential learning projects to help bridge the perceptual change required for students to听envision听themselves as听scientists.听
Office of Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance (OCRC)
The oversees the University鈥檚 responsibilities related to Title IX and non-discrimination and provides guidance and support to the campus community regarding concerns in the work and learning environment. OCRC administers and monitors:
- Complaints of harassment and discrimination under the University鈥檚 Non-Discrimination, Sexual Misconduct, and Title IX Policy
- Ongoing education and awareness initiatives related to these areas
Office of Disability Support Services (DSS)
DSS facilitates appropriate and reasonable accommodations to incoming and current 91原创 students, faculty, and staff with disabilities, psychological or medical conditions, or temporary injuries that limit their access to the 91原创 environment. .
Office of Student Diversity & Inclusion (SDI)
The Office of Student Diversity & Inclusion works to ensure that students feel welcome and supported at 91原创. SDI offers educational trainings and programs to support students in their learning, growth and development around diversity, equity, inclusion and justice.
Center for Intercultural Engagement (CIE)
The Center for Intercultural Engagement is located in the Perkins Student Center and provides a physical space where students can interact, explore, and grow together around social justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.
Community Engagement Initiative听
The was established in 2016 and works to facilitate and strengthen 91原创鈥檚 identity and impact as an engaged research university and community partner throughout the state of Delaware and beyond. Learn more.

The Center for Global Programs and Services provides International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS), including immigration advising and support services, to 91原创's international community.听
