The 2026 Legislative Fellows cohort comprises 16 students, 10 of whom are currently pursuing coursework in the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration, and two who represent Delaware State University.

91Ô­´´â€™s Living Labs initiative has led to notable safety improvements in areas like Middletown that have not only led to a significant reduction in traffic speed, but have fostered a more walkable and friendly environment for the community at large.

In August, eighteen Delaware educators gathered at the 91Ô­´´ STAR Campus for the first session of Civics that Empowers All Students (CEAS). On the last day of the program, educators gathered for a photo displaying their newly awarded certificates of completion.
