The Institute for Public Administration (IPA) offers a variety of in-person and virtual professional development opportunities, public forums, and student workshops.

The 2026 Legislative Fellows cohort comprises 16 students, 10 of whom are currently pursuing coursework in the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration, and two who represent Delaware State University.

In August, eighteen Delaware educators gathered at the 91原创 STAR Campus for the first session of Civics that Empowers All Students (CEAS). On the last day of the program, educators gathered for a photo displaying their newly awarded certificates of completion.
