Effective Sept. 1, Transportation Services will run four buses on a continuous north/south route from the Laird Campus to the STAR Campus, from 7 a.m.-9 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. Buses will be arriving at each stop once every 7 to 9 minutes.

Current COVID-19 protocols, as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, will be strictly observed. To allow for appropriate physical distancing, each bus will carry no more than eight passengers, and use of face coverings will be required at all times. Anyone who is sick or has recently been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 should not be using the buses.

All buses will be equipped with hand sanitizer dispensers for passengers. Most buses are equipped with shields to protect the drivers. For those that are not equipped, the rear door will be used for boarding and exiting. Persons requiring a wheelchair ramp are exempt.

Since the bus routes are limited this fall, students are encouraged to bring a bicycle to campus.
