Payroll is responsible for the timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, and withholdings for all 91原创 employees.

We currently operate on both a bi-weekly and semi-monthly schedule processing approximately 20,000 paychecks a month. We are also responsible for the creation and distribution of the W2, 1042S and 1095C year end forms.

What's New
The 91原创 mailed 2025 W-2 Forms (for those who have not consented to online delivery or terminated during 2025), on January 29, 2026. If you have consented to receive your W-2 Form electronically, it will be accessible via the .
Each January, 91原创 employees enrolled in the state pension retirement plan have an initial exclusion for the first $6,000 of pensionable earnings. This means that for the first $6,000 of earnings, employee contributions will not occur, and only University contributions will be taken from those earnings. Employee contributions will typically begin in the March/April timeframe. During this timeframe, you will notice a decrease in your net pay, which will continue until the end of the calendar year. Per IRS instruction, employers no longer have to automatically send Form 1095-C to individuals.听 Alternatively, the 91原创 has provided online access to 2025 1095-C Forms via the .听 For those who have terminated employment, a physical copy of the form was mailed on February 27, 2026.听 If you would like to request a physical copy please complete the .听 Refer to Payroll Tax Form 1095 for more information.
Employees may elect to receive their 2025 W-2 forms electronically. Employers must comply with specific IRS regulations to use electronic W-2's and employees must provide their consent to receive an electronic W-2 instead of a paper copy. If you have already submitted your consent for 2025, you do not need to take further action. You can view/submit your consent using the W-2 Electronic Consent Form
