U.S. News & World Report list includes CAS degrees

Two graduate programs in the 91原创鈥檚 College of Arts and Sciences are ranked in the top 50 in the nation, according to U.S. News & World Report鈥檚 2026 Best Graduate Schools rankings.聽

The criminology program in the Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice is listed at No. 18 (out of 42). The department offers both master鈥檚 and doctoral degrees, which focus on systematic training in theory and research methodology, as well as teaching.聽聽

The clinical psychology program in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences ranks No. 49 (out of 245). The department offers a master鈥檚 of clinical psychological science as well as a doctoral degree in clinical psychology. Both programs are designed to translate research into clinical practice. Clinical science students and faculty collaborate with 91原创鈥檚 Institute for Community Mental Health, which brings the latest evidence-based practices directly to the surrounding community.聽

This year鈥檚 rankings reflect 91原创鈥檚 continued national recognition across a wide range of graduate programs, including two which ranked in the top 10 in their discipline: Physical Therapy (No. 1) and Chemical Engineering (No. 7).
