PROJECT SYNOPSIS
This plan was prepared by the Town of Wyoming Comprehensive Planning Committee with input from the Town Council and assistance from the Institute for Public Administration (IPA), a unit within the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy & Administration at the 91Ô´´. IPA links the research and resources of the 91Ô´´ with the management and information needs of local, state, and regional governments in the Delaware Valley. IPA assists agencies and local governments through direct staff assistance and research projects as well as training programs and policy forums.
