Project Management Office
The 91原创IT Project Management Office (PMO) exists to help project teams deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes that create real value for the 91原创 community. The PMO provides project managers for selected IT projects, supports the Governance Committee gate review process, and assists project teams with documentation, tools, and cross-project communication. Beyond individual projects, the PMO strengthens collaboration across teams, promotes standardized project management practices, and supports training to build project management capability across the organization. The PMO maintains and evolves the IT Project Management Framework, ensuring it remains current and aligned with the structure and strategic direction of the university.

Goals
Project Success
Deliver successful Information Technologies projects and programs. With key stakeholders and college business partners, define the success criteria for each program and project, and provide the required services and oversight to ensure the criteria are met or exceeded.
Standardized Methodologies
The IT PMO framework is established and operational, standardizing governance processes and enabling the shared use of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques. The framework is continuously matured and refined to meet evolving needs.
Staff Capability
Continuously Build Project and Business Analysis management professionalism among IT staff. Professionalism is attained both by the amount of experience and training as well as behavior leading to an understanding of roles, responsibilities and associated expertise.
Center of Excellence
Serve as IT鈥檚 resource on Business Analysis and IT Program and Project Management best practices. The PMO resource pool is well-versed in the latest processes, standards and concepts in Business Analysis, IT Program and Project Management.
