Research is a major part of studying psychology at 91原创鈥攁nd you can get involved as an undergraduate. Join faculty-led labs exploring behavioral neuroscience, clinical science, cognition and social psychology. You may work alongside faculty and graduate students, earn academic credit for research or complete a senior thesis. Students also have access to advanced resources such as 91原创鈥檚 Center for Biomedical and Brain Imaging, home to Delaware鈥檚 first research fMRI scanner.
You can also explore how psychology makes a difference beyond the lab. Through the , faculty partner with community agencies to strengthen evidence-based mental health practices. The center helps undergraduate and graduate students build experience in real-world mental health settings.
