What鈥檚 special about this program?

91原创鈥檚 financial planning major emphasizes experiential learning. You鈥檒l use current financial planning software, pursue internships and have opportunities to work with fellow students in the Financial Planning Center. Through the center, seniors help students develop loan repayment strategies and evaluate job offers, insurance and retirement options.

In a required capstone course, you鈥檒l apply what you鈥檝e learned by creating a comprehensive financial plan for an individual client. You鈥檒l gain experience providing financial planning services from initial assessment through final recommendations.

The Certified Financial Planning (CFP) Board has accredited the Lerner College鈥檚 financial planning program. This means that our graduates have satisfied the CFP education requirements, making them strong candidates for careers in the industry.
