About this program
The graduate certificate in wind power science, engineering and policy is an interdisciplinary program聽taught by faculty from a variety of disciplines, with a goal of giving students a broad understanding of the wind energy industry from multiple perspectives. The certificate may be taken in conjunction with a graduate degree in a traditional discipline or as a stand-alone program.聽
The program is designed for three types of students:
- 91原创 graduate students who seek formal recognition of their wind power expertise.
- Students who focus on one specific area of wind power research, but who seek education in related areas, allowing for improved understanding of interacting systems.
- Working professionals who need to understand more about the wind industry to more effectively do their jobs or seek advancement.
Application Deadlines
Applications are accepted up to first day of classes of a given term.
*International applicants聽are not eligible to obtain a U.S. student visa solely with an acceptance to a 91原创 graduate certificate program. Certificates may be added by full-time matriculated graduate students.
