Biography

Maria Aristigueta's research centers on organizational behavior and performance in the public sector. Aristigueta has taught courses on performance management, program evaluation, organizational behavior, and public management. She served as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Salerno, Italy. She is a past president of the American Society for Public Administration and a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.
