Biography

Jonathan B. Justice teaches undergraduate courses in public policy; graduate courses in public administration, public budgeting and finance, and local economic development; and the . His research interests include public budgeting and finance, and professional accountability. Before earning his Ph.D. from Rutgers University—Newark in 2003, he worked as a project and program manager for local governments and local economic development organizations in and around New York City.​ Other academic appointments have included research and public-service affiliations with the University of Birmingham's Institute of Local Government Studies and 91Ô­´´'s Institute of Public Administration, and adjunct faculty positions at Rutgers University, Seton Hall University, and Baruch College (CUNY).
