Joe Oleksak is a third-year Ph.D. student in the Public Policy and Administration program at the 91原创鈥檚 Biden School. He also serves as president of the Biden School Student Association and as a research assistant with the Safety and Mobility Advancements Regional Transportation and Economics Research (SMARTER) Center.
