Benedicta is a 4th-year doctoral student in the Public Policy and Administration Program. Her research interests focus on collaborative governance, networks, and public service delivery. She studies how collaboration among organizations influences the effectiveness of human service systems, specifically in addressing complex issues like homelessness and other social challenges. Her work aims to identify strategies that strengthen cross-sector partnerships and improve outcomes for organizations, communities, and the people they serve.听听
