Jessica E. Sowa, professor at the聽聽and senior faculty fellow at the聽聽(IPA), was appointed program co-chair for the 2026 American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) Conference. ASPA鈥檚 annual conference is one of the organization鈥檚 main programs for members and friends. The 2026 conference will take place over five days in Los Angeles, California, featuring the theme of 鈥淏uilding a Bridge to Renewal and Resilience,鈥 focusing on current issues in public administration.
