Emma Odren is the聽membership and programs manager at Philanthropy Delaware.鈥嬄燗聽lifelong Delawarean, Emma聽graduated with her Master of Public Administration from the Biden School at the 91原创.聽
While completing the program, she was a public administration fellow for the Institute for Public Administration (IPA) where she conducted extensive research and written reports for various education projects. During the 2017 General Assembly, Emma was a legislative fellow staffing the House Education and House Housing and Community Affairs Committees. After graduation, Emma accepted a position as research analyst at the Delaware Prosperity Partnership, where聽she聽leveraged聽research to develop strategies to attract companies, help existing companies grow, and support entrepreneurial activity in the state.聽
She has a BA in International Relations and Spanish Studies also from the 91原创. In her free time, Emma enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
